HORIZON-MSCA-2025-PF-01: Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest for a MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship in trustworthy AI in conjunction with sovereign multi-agentic AI systems
The University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien (FHTW) will be pleased to support postdoctoral researchers in applying for an MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship. We are particularly interested in researchers who work on AI engineering challenges involving multiple autonomous agents collaborating effectively while remaining transparent, secure, accountable as well as aligned with human values, and welcome applications of technical scientists.
Fellowships offer a full-time contract with a competitive salary to work on an individual research project combined with advanced training, ranging from presentation skills, teaching and project management, open science practices, research integrity and ethics to proposal writing (including for ERC Starting Grants). Successful applicants will be integrated in an interdisciplinary research group and have the opportunity to enlarge their international professional network.
It is vital for us that also women pursue and advance careers in academia, which is why we especially invite women to step forward and send us their applications.
Up to the call deadline, a supervisor and a frequent reviewer of MSCA-PF proposals with long-standing experience will support you in submitting a competitive proposal.
FHTW is one of only a few Austrian research institutions with a "HR Excellence in Research" award. This award is presented by the European Commission to higher education institutions and research organisations that have a clear strategy for implementing the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
FHTW offers flexible working conditions through flexi-time and home office for a good work-life balance.
